Travel Cancellation Insurance

Something could happen before your holidays that make it impossible for you to travel; protect yourself with our Travel Cancellation Insurance. If you arrive late for your holiday, cannot travel or need to leave early, then according to EU standards, you could receive additional cancellation charges.

For such incidences, we recommend that our guests purchase a Travel Cancellation Insurance, so that any additional charges can be covered by the European travel insurances.

General terms and conditions

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival day: The deposit will be credited for one year for the same length of stay and the same number of people.
  • Cancellation less than 3 months to 1 month before the arrival day: 40%
  • Cancellation less than 1 month to 1 week before the arrival day: 70%
  • Cancellation in the week before the arrival day: 100%

The cancellation has to take place by written explanation and has to be in the hands of the landlord at the latest within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival day.

In case of not occupying the booked room/s for the agreed period without any cancellation the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total price.

The agreed price is the price for accommodation, food and any other services.

If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled the percentage refers only to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.

Regulation in case of early departure:

In case of an early departure the guest is obliged to pay the enjoyed days and 100% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
