Good to know

  • Check-In: From 3 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.
  • Check-Out: Until 10 a.m.
  • Late check-in: On request it is possible to check-in after midnight for a fee of 50,00 Euro per room.
  • Dinner on arrival day: In the event that you arrive later than 7:00 p.m., please notify us regarding your dinner. The dinner is from 7:00 p.m. until 8:15 p.m.
  • Need and dietary allergies: Gladly we can prepar special dishes for allergies or vegetarians. Please notify us at the time of booking in order to offer you a perfect service from the first day.
  • Tuesday: “Dine-Around“ Dinner in the region
    We would like to remind you that on Tuesday our restaurant will be closed in the evening. During the weeks of Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Assumption Day the restaurant remains open the entire week.
  • Meals: We don’t give back money for not consume meals
  • Short Stay: Supplementary charge for short stays 10,00 - 30,00 Euro per person and per day
  • Confirmation: The reservation is fixed when you send us a deposit
  • Room reservation: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a specific room number or floor. The same applies to table reservations.
  • Pets: Are not allowed on our premises. Thank you for your understanding
  • Methods of payment: We kindly ask you to pay their hotel bill with an EC card, VISA, MasterCard or cash if possible. American Express and Diners are not accepted.
    We would like to inform you, that we do not accept business/commercial credit cards (e.g. airline rewards program, etc.).
  • Smoke: It is forbidden to smoke in the room and in the public areas
