Free cancellation COVID-19

We stay positive, everything will be fine. Due to the special circumstances, we have changed our cancellation conditions for the winter season 2020/21, so that you can book without worries and peace of mind.

If you have to cancel or postpone your stay, it is possible to do this free of charge up to 7 days before departure.

In case of closed borders, travel warnings (for the booked period) or COVID infections (with medical certificate) it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge at any time.

The deposit can be refunded or credited for a future stay.

Credits and vouchers: The validity of all vouchers and credits issued during the winter 2019/20 will be extended until the end of winter season 2021/22.

Confirmation of the reservation: In order to confirm your reservation, we ask you to send us a deposit. Only then the reservation is considered as binding.

By sending the deposit the following cancellation conditions are accepted (not valid on reservations for the winter 2020/21).

  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the arrival day: The deposit will be credited for one year for the same length of stay and the same number of people.
  • Cancellation less than 4 weeks to 1 week before the arrival day: 70% of the total amount
  • Cancellation in the week before the arrival day: 100% of the total amount

The cancellation has to take place by written explanation and has to be in the hands of the landlord at the latest within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival day.

In case of not occupying the booked room/s for the agreed period without any cancellation the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total price.
The agreed price is the price for accommodation, food and any other services.

If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled the percentage refers only to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.

Regulation in case of early departure:
In case of an early departure the guest is obliged to pay the enjoyed days and 100% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.


Important:
These cancellation conditions are valid regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are being rebooked for the whole stay or even only part of the stay
