Reductions:

• Children till 2 years 15,00 Euro for the cot with breakfast per day
• Children till 6 years in added beds 50% discount,
• from 6 till 12 years 30% discount
• Added beds in double rooms have 10% discount
• Children sharing a room with only one adult pay the adult tariff

General Hotel Information:

• Check-in/out: On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 p.m. onwards we kindly ask you to leave the room at 10 p.m.
• We kindly ask to arrange arrival and departure date on Saturday
• Wellness: Saturaday the wellness area is closed
• Pets: Are not allowed on our premises. Thank you for your understanding
• Confirm: The reservation is fixed if you will send us a deposit of 300,00 Euro for each room
• Short Stay: Supplementary charge for short stays Euro 10,00.- per person per day
• Meals: We don’t give back money for not consume meals
• Arrival: Should you arrive after 6 pm, please give us a call
• Departure: If you departure before date, we charge 3 days
• Price: The prices are per day per person by a minimum stay of 7 days
• Smoke: In the rooms is no smoking

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions under art. 1382 ZGB (italian civil law)

At the latest 1 month before the booked arrival day the accommodation contract may be cancelled written by the guest without a cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation (less than 1 months before the booked arrival day) the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival day: 30% of the total price (you loose the deposit);
• Cancellation less than 29 days to 15 days before the arrival day: 40%.
• Cancellation less than 14 days to 8 days before the arrival day: 60%
• Cancellation less than 7 days to 0 days before the arrival day: 70%

The cancellation has to take place by written explanation and has to be in the hands of the landlord at the latest within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival day.

In case of not occupying the booked room/s for the agreed period without any cancellation the guest is obliged to pay 70% of the total price.

The agreed price is the price for accommodation, food and any other services.

If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled the percentage refers only to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.

Regulation in case of early departure:

In case of an early departure the guest is obliged to pay the enjoyed days and 70% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
